An original concept launched as the first campus company in Somaiya Vidyavihar Campus by BloomBox (KJSCE’s Entrepreneurship Cell). Keeping in mind student needs for healthy food options, I created a unique health juice brand named Hulk Juice. A business with a social conscience, the aim was to provide “health at low cost” through a 100% natural, sugar-free juice. Within two months of operation, Hulk Juice recovered 60% of the total investment. The Dean of Student Affairs recognized these developments and graduated me with a compliment stating that “Rahul has displayed a good mix of leadership skills and execution excellence which is a rare combination”.

I was involved in:* Assisting the QC Engineer with materials and operations involved in the container conversion process* Formulated electrical safety procedures and safety workshop material.* Research on different methods of electrical wiring, CAD designing aspects and ISO qualitycontrol features of the conversion process.

June-July 2009 & 2010Over the two summers as an intern at Shipcom Wireless, I was involved in the following:* Worked on a whitepaper for RFID application and a statement of work.* Research on the use of RFID technology to track and maintain assets for a client’s specific needs.* I also did extensive work on an ongoing RFID project.

Interned in Front Office, Housekeeping, and Sales and Marketing departments and eventually completed an entire shift in the Front Office. I created an excel module for centralizing stock-keeping for the department.

For the 3 months I interned in the Operations department of Transpack LLC, I was involved in the dataautomation process, ensuring that information was up-to-date by carrying out the necessary follow up.
