CLIENT : ADNOC ONSHORE, ABUDHABIEPC Contractor : CPECC AbudhabiDesignation : QA/QC (Civil, Pipeline & Structural) Projects. : Mender Field Development Project & Bab Integrated Facilities ProjectProject DetailsConstruction of 3 Gathering stations ( CGS,GS-1 & GS-2 including Substation building ,workshop building, guard house and operation control building ), Oil production wells, water Injection wells, Water Injection clusters, 23 KM of Asphalt roads(including intersections, junctions , Culverts etc), Pipelines etc.Jobs and responsibilities: Preparation of QCP, ITP, daily & weekly inspection reports. Inspection of pipeline trench excavation, pre padding works, post padding works & backfilling works in accordance with the approved QCP, Method Statement and Inspection Test Plan (ITP). Reviewing sub-contractors material submittals, ITP & method statements; ensuring compliance with contractor quality documents, plans, procedures and audits. Inspection of survey, setting out , rebar works , form works & concrete pouring works of equipment foundations ,pump foundations ,tank foundations , vessel foundations, pump house ,substation buildings, pipe supports, pipe sleepers etc  Inspection of all structural fabrication & erection works ( access platforms, pipe racks, cross over structures, crane beams , equipment shelters etc. ) Inspection of road works ( All stages of Asphalt road work , Interlock roads, concrete roads, gatch roads etc ) Monitoring the curing of concrete and protective coating works. Conducting Management review meeting at sites to discuss quality issues and opportunities for improvements. Conducing inspection for each stage of building work as per approved drawing and specification.
