Helped clients develop growth strategies and build innovation capabilities through approaches that are well-grounded in management research.Conduct intensive research and development of Stage 0 start-up concepts with a goal of launching new ventures. Key engagements: - Design an operating model for a leading healthcare software firm to strategically identify and commercialize new innovations for the changing healthcare market.- Identify and strategize future growth opportunities for a $2B CPG company that included training top management with venturing methods, growth portfolio selection and implementing innovation systems.- Shift a leading engineering software company from a product focus to a solutions approach and accelerate sales growth.
