• Supporting multiple applications in corporate vertical. Application handled: -- DSC (Digital supply chain)- TON (Trade on Net)- TRRACS - Gold Bullion- NOTIVA- ADLRS• Providing technical support and troubleshooting to end users for various software applications.• Providing functional and technical support to bank customer, operation team in Corporate Applications.• Performing EOD for applications.• Monitoring and maintaining the performance of applications and systems.• Resolving technical issues and escalating to developers or other teams as needed.• Collaborating with development (VENDOR) teams to identify and fix bugs or issues in applications.• Performing software installation, upgrades, and patches as required.• Handling New Enhancement, Application Bug fix and involving in yearly, quarterly, and monthly activity (DR Drill, Database password change, Application Upgradation, SSL certification renewal, Data Purging etc.)• Raising change to deploy bug fix release received from vendor after receiving necessary change approvals.• Creating and maintaining documentation for troubleshooting procedures and solutions• Participating in oncall rotation to provide 24/7 support for critical applications.• Working with vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues with third-party applications.• End to end knowledge of Digital supply chain application
