Lead Supplier Quality
CurrentManager Supplier Quality, Customer Support & NPD.• Prepare the plan for Internal Quality Audits for IATF 16949, EMS-14001, OHSAS- 45001 execution of the plan.• Help internal auditors to prepare reports and conduct audits.• Communicate audit findings to concerns HOD / Plant Manager in form of Action Requests and Observation.• Follow up & review for adequate corrective & preventive actions.• Ensuring Timely Analysis on LAR and LRN issues for all parts.• Ensuring Timely completion of Supplier Audit plan & Actual• Driving Improvement Activity at supplier end.• Preparing Weekly & monthly PPT for IQA Dept.• Ensure timely update of PFMEA, Control plan, PFD.• Tracking and Monitoring Monthly and Business plan projects and completing them on time.• Ensure Timely Rejection meeting online and analyzing supplier issues.• Supplier PPAP for RM- Reviewing documents, coordinating with suppliers for corrections, alignment with PE and CD for PPAP requirements, Part release in system.• Handling supplier complaints- Containment actions, 8D closure, sorting activities, supplier chargeback• Handling Audits- Customer, Process, Product, PPAP, VDA, IATF, Internal audits• Training to IQA team on new projects and requirements• Involvement in customer complaints related to RM.• Responsible for implementing QCPC implementation & Sustenance.• Responsible for conducting PIM implementation & Sustenance.• Responsible for VOC implementation & Sustenance.• Conduct training to enhance the awareness & effectiveness of the QMS.• Customer complaint handling - Communicate the complaint on the shop floor, participate in initiating the Corrective & Preventive action, communicate the actions initiated to the customer through 8D. Update the FMEA, Control plan & Work instructions / SOP’S as required writ action initiated.• New project development – Being an active member for QMS actively involved in APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan and Process Flow.• Part of FMEA team.
