My key responsibilities include:Medical Interpretation: - I coordinate appointments with doctors and provide simultaneous interpretation of medical consultations, ensuring that patients fully understand the prescribed treatments. - Financial Management:- I assess treatment costs and provide patients with estimated surgery expenses. If the proposed costs are unsuitable, I negotiate with various hospital departments to find a more satisfactory price. Additionally, I handle all billing processes, including monthly and annual financial reports.- Accommodation and Travel Arrangements:-I arrange accommodations that align with patients' preferences, finding the best possible options. I also plan tours and travel itineraries for patients wishing to explore India.-International Patient Relations:-I focus on building strong relationships with international patients, offering clear communication, emotional intelligence, and cultural sensitivity to ensure a positive experience throughout their treatment journey.
