- Assessment of Credit Worthiness of the borrowers based on CIBIL Reports, Commercial Reports,AML check, RBI defaulter list.-Analysis of Complete File including the Last 6 months' banking, GST returns, ITRs, and Financial statements.-Visiting the premises of the client (pre & post disbursement), analyzing the working system, and business model, and resolving the queries arising from the analysis of financials.-Visting the premises (Industrial / Commercial / Residential) offered as collateral security. In the case of open plots offered as collateral security, to ascertain whether such plots are properly fenced with gate and distinctly identifiable.- Preparation of complete CMA data including Projections & checking whether key ratios (Current ratio, DSCR, DE, and % of own funds to ATNW) are within the bank's required norms.- Preparation of the Appraisal note and giving complete details about the client, Limits proposed, collateral offered, summarized results of analysis of various documents like Banking and CIBIL, and proposed terms and conditions.- Understanding & Resolving the queries raised by the Branch Concurrent auditor and Internal AuditDepartment.-Monitoring of existing accounts like regular repayment of term loans and routing of sales through CC/OD accounts, timely submission of stock statements, insurance of prime, and collateral security offered.-Branch Operations like authorization of RTGS, NEFT, Stock Statement, BG, FD/TD, etc. in finacle system.-JIT visit for subsidy (A-TUF & CLCSS) purpose.
