The President's Advisory Council on Doing Business in Africa (PAC-DBIA) serves as a critical advisory body to the President of the United States, offering strategic guidance on ways to enhance and deepen commercial ties between the United States and African nations.• In this capacity, I acted as a Staff Rep with Baylis Emerging Markets serving as the Chair of the Digital & ICT Subcommittee as well as participating in the Energy & Environment Subcommittee. • Through this position, Baylis Emerging Markets effectively delivered the Digital & ICT subcommittee's recommendations to esteemed officials such as the Honorable U.S. Department of Commerce Secretary, Gina Raimondo, and Honorable Deputy Secretary, Don Graves.
