As part of the Traveltical Inc. team since September 2023, my role as a Full Stack Developer has allowed me to leverage my skills in ServiceNow Administration, ITIL, and CMDB Management to contribute significantly to our projects. Graduating from Fanshawe College with a focus on Mobile Application Development, I have applied my comprehensive understanding of computer science and information technology, gained from my bachelor's at A D Patel Institute of Technology, to enhance our service management processes.
