- Advising and assisting the clients with their with-holding tax compliances and quarterly returns.- Implementing and monitoring the Tax equalization policies and processes.- Evaluating treaties to examine taxability and availability of tax treaty relief.- Handling tax matters of the expatriate employees, including consultancy relating to their personal taxes and assisting them with the return filing compliance.- Pre-departure and Post-arrival tax consultancy.- Assisting clients with their Provident Fund (PF) applicability and other social security for International workers.- Assisting clients with the taxability of Employee Stock Option Plans (ESOPs) for International workers under cross border arrangements.- Drafting and reviewing the 3-way assignment contracts for International Projects (i.e. b/w Home Company & Employee, b/w Host Company & Employee and b/w Home Company & Host Company)- Attending and Representing, on assesses’s behalf, Scrutiny Assessment and Penalty Procedure cases to tax authorities. (Have represented at DCIT /ACIT level).- Giving in-house trainings and presentations on varied topics and recent judicial rulings.

- Handled end to end audit procedures.- Compliance with Accounting Standards, CARO (2003) & Companies Act- Preparing of Auditor’s Report and review of Notes to Accounts - Limited review of listed companies.- Group Reporting of MNCs.- Stock valuation and Stock Physical Verification.- Checking of Depreciation and Fixed Assets Schedule.- Studying the client’s existing Internal Control System through the audit process, assessing the risks, discussing the findings with management.- Review of source documents to ascertain compliance with Control Procedures.- Scrutiny of Debtors’ credit and collection system.- Checking of Purchases/Procurement of materials.- Review of all financial accounting procedures.
