He is an Electrical Engineer by graduation and has completed his PGDM in Marketing & Operations from XIME, Bangalore. He has held various Operations Management positions across Fidelity Investments and is also an experienced Customer Success Consultant, having worked with multiple challenging clients in the past and turned them around successfully. Rahul is a strong evangelist of the ideology that Innovation is the building block for growth and success. He currently heads the Data Intelligence & Technology requirements of the organization and has held various leadership positions including managing the go-to-client strategy, Project Management and the Design Operation teams at ILLUMINEi. Prior to taking over the responsibilities of Data & Technology, Rahul helped ILLUMINEi build and scale up India's only Engineering Business Unit that caters to the US Professional Engineering Services.
