- Reporting to the EVC of EROS Group and managing a team of 300+ high functioning staff operating at various levels and across cross-functional departments.- Developing a wide-ranging annual omnichannel retail strategy to facilitate an immersive brand experience for the consumer. - Conducting a comprehensive P&L management for the entire UAE channels (E-commerce & satellite stores) while ensuring an exponential growth takes place in accordance with the organization's objectives.- Supervising the sales activities while ensuring appropriate resource allocation, and efficiency of the control frameworks and procedures in accordance with the established sales policies and regulations and the Legal requirements.- Monitoring and evaluating the sales pipeline, actuals versus forecasted, business performance, and operating efficiencies thereby reviewing progress and enforcing corrective actions as required.- Developing new key relationships and business partnerships while always strengthening existing relationships thereby growing the book by effective relationship management and business performance reviews.- Devising plans for the management of inventory and maintenance of favorable stock level in terms of departments, brands, and options; resolving stock discrepancies and enforcing remedial measures.- Spearheading the new store development process including carrying out lease negotiations, and managing the effective marketing activities.- Setting policies for the management of the entire Supply Chain Management process including key areas like purchase, logistics, etc. - Providing approvals for the shop designs, layouts, visual merchandising strategies, promotions, discounts, etc.- Establishing strategic brand development and marketing plans across various ATL & BTL channels while measuring & reporting on their efficiency.

After completion of Bachelor of Engineering, worked for an year with a Delhi based manufacturing organisation M/s.Delhi Control Devices. The task was to manage shop floor and administer the manufacturing & assembly of Miniature Circuit Breakers.Discontinued after a year for management studies.
