Handling the Emergency operation centre for Bharti Wal-Mart. Handling the emergencies of all the Stores, Warehouse Dept., Corporate Office and also the safety management of all associates of Bharti Wal-Mart.Responsibilities at EOC:1. Duty roster management• Preparing the duty roster once in every fortnight.• Communicate the duty roster to AP, HR & DM.2. Attendance updating of Asset Protection Manager once in a day.3. Tracking Associate:- For their safety purposes4. Preparing a track record of Travel Safety Management of the associates.5. Investigating the incident demanding disciplinary action and all emergency related issues to the Store, HO and associates. 6. Identifying opportunities for awareness generation and planning for high quality Demos.7. Identifying and collating interesting cases.8. Reporting press items to the EOC (Emergency Operation Center) Senior Manager, VP and also to the relevant stake holders.9. Indent management ( Raising the request / Distribution / Follow-up)11. Reviewing the audit for the complaints for closure. And follow-up indent for the same.12. Generation of following reports periodically.• Segment wise performance reports.• Daily TSM Report (Travel Safety Management Report).• Tracked report about the whereabouts of Asset Protection (AP) Managers.• AP Bulletin Report (About the revenue / loss generation report)13. Preparing MIS and directory list of All Associate Communication data.15. Sending advisories related to terror or any other emergency. Other (Admin Duties and Responsibilities)• Candidate Database management and tracking/database search. • Conducting telephonic interviews of candidates with clients.• Negotiation from both side candidates as well as with client for the final closing.• Regular follow-up with the clients and candidates till the closings.
