India 2.0 Project – Dimensional Validation and Geometry Stabilization• Led dimensional validation and geometry stabilization for side panel and car body MQB platform models (2 SUV and 2 NB Skoda VW badge models).• Innovated fixture design reviews for stable BIW geometry, considering single part, ZSB, and production requirements during the 3P workshop.• Responsible for single part analysis, ZSB proving, FM stabilizations, and fitment trials for BIW.• Analyzed FMK/PMP carpet data for car body and its ZSBs for FMK improvement using SPL.• Led Rack and trolley qualification for side panel and car body ZSBs from design review to prototype validation and commissioning with a first-time right approach.• Successfully achieved FMK targets for SOP within the timeline, along with body shop Q-milestone, closing open issues raised during pre-series.• Implemented 3 Poka-Yoke (Mistake-Proofing) and 9 Kaizen (Continuous Improvements) to reduce NVA and improve BIW geometry.• Raised PCRN to maintain geometry and meet quality standards, e.g., Spot plan, Spot sequence.• Led design changes in welding fixtures during the pre-series phase and modifications in fixtures after SOP in case of geometrical issues.• Made decisions on corrections in welding fixtures as per CMM/GOM measurement report.• Identified and escalated training needs of the team, managing team and subordinates’ engagement for the fulfillment of the organization’s target.• Prepared action plans and followed up to achieve targets related to Cp, FM, Fuego Meisterbock (FMB), and Aussen Meisterbock (AMB).• Represented the Pilot Hall in different forums with analysis and action plans like in KVP workshop, Island L2, L3 Meetings, CP5 Audit, and QRM to achieve Q targets.
