Project lead for corporate fit-out projects.Oversee execution of multiple projects with key focus on adherence to scope of works & governance processes.

• SPOC for the assigned project, Managing from conceptual design to final execution and handing over.• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, facilitate scope definition, floating of RFP’s.• Oversee design coordination of cross-functional teams consisting of internal & external stakeholders.

• Coordination with consultants, architects & client for design review and approvals.• Coordinating and monitoring of all subcontractors work closely to ensure that the quality of the work is in full compliance to the contract specification & design.• Comprehensive follow-ups on drawing submissions, material delivery with all stakeholders.• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.• Project risk and issues management, Change management.• Budget tracking and project cost control.• Ensuring project deadlines are met within prescribed budget and timelines while meeting client needs, business objectives and design guidelines.• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.• Tendering and Contracts Management.

• Responsible for coordination and discussing design and drawings with Consultant's and Architects• Budget tracking and Project cost control• Procurement Management - Bid Evaluation, Comparison and vendor evaluation & finalization• Drafting tender documents, Finalizing the GCC, Preparation of WOs, Comparative Statements• Complete Project Documentation and Reporting• Project Risk and Issues Management, Quality and Change management• Project Communications, Checkpoint Meetings• Procurement coordination and expediting material delivery to site as per requirement.

• Install, test and commission fire protection and marine safety systems.• Planning and reviewing of designs for conformance with fire protection requirements.• Prepare work packages and instructions for subordinates.• Leading a team of engineers and qualified technicians and execute the given project as per project deadline.• Responsible for overseeing the review, initiation & execution of project , determine project needs and material requirement.• Preparing project progress report.• Updating project plans as per requirement.• Carrying out effective client liaisons for all the project related issues.

Responsible for planning & co-ordinating the Pre-commissioning & commissioning activities of the Power plant units including Steam Generators and Auxiliaries ,Gas turbine and related equipment's,De- mineralisation plant, Nitrogen Plant and compressors.
