• Handling in End-to-End recruitment process• Salary Negotiation and Taking Final Interviews• Coordinating joining formalities, induction process and employee data management• Overall responsibility of HR and operations, propose and implement new HR policies, SOP's and practices, Facilitate performance management• Managing Statutory related matters like ESI, PF, Gratuity, Bonus, Professional Tax, Labour welfare, Labour license• Managing End to end payroll processing• Responsible for compensation and benefits process and implementation of best practices• Drive Performance Appraisal System (PMS) linked to reward management. Implementing KRA / KPI's along with the reviews and training plans• Regular interaction with employees redressing their issues & coordinating with concern departments to provide solution to their grievances within stipulated time• To ensure a speedy closure of grievances thru effective HR helpdesk. Ensure healthy employee relations• Drive employee engagement programme

• Recruiting candidates, Shortlisting and Initial screening Process handling.• Handling in general administrative activities, personnel management, policy implementation procedures and facility operations across assignments.• Manage business letters related to employee's offer & appointment letter, service agreement, background verification, allowances, request for evidence, transfer related documentation etc. and providing required information.• To monitor the in time/out time, working extra time on working days/ weekly offs/ paid holidays &Compensatory off management system• Manage of end to end payroll function.• Managing company payable a/c. (preparing cheques, taking care of timely bills).• Gathered salary input data from concerned payroll/ HR coordinators, & updating payroll data base with accuracy.• Good in Employee engagement and relation activities like organizing Ethnic day, Independence day, Republic day - Flag hosting, Festival celebrations, Birthday & Anniversary celebrations, Festival Get together and Site Picnic.• Maintaining daily record of attendance of employees.• Responsible for ensuring attendance & leaves are updated in respective portal by employees on time in order to process payroll smoothly at the month end.• Regular interaction with employees redressing their issues & coordinating with concern departments to provide solution to their grievances within stipulated time.• Raising request for the Salary Stop of resigned employee.• Intimating the resigned employee about the exit formalities.
