-Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the purchasing activities of an establishment.-Manages inventory levels based on agreed financial value.-Communicates closely with Customer Service and Production Manager to determine production schedule.-Maintain part number information within database, updating pricing and any additional product line instructions that need to be provided to Sales.-Prepares Purchase Orders through Business Vision (BV)Including requested delivery date on each Purchase Order-Confirm with the suppliers that the required delivery date can be adhered to:a)Uses best purchasing practices in preparing Purchase Orders to ensure volume discounts.b)Contacts suppliers one week prior to confirmed delivery date to ensure the schedule willstill be met.-Interview, hire and oversee training of staff.-Purchase parts and products from distributors and manufacturers to fill customer orders and maintain inventory.-Communicates closely with Customer Service and Production Manager to determine production schedule.

1. Working with teams in accurate processing of freight.2. Daily Meeting & Followups with Merchandise Team during modular changes.3. Maintaining modular integrity by keeping modulars clean and zoning the departments.4. Assisting with unloading/receiving overnight deliveries.5. Placing merchandise on the correct counter and space according to company standards including pricing.
