With over 15 years of experience in competition and antitrust law, I am a partner and co-founder of Axiom5 Law Chambers, a boutique law firm that provides specialized and innovative solutions to clients across various sectors and jurisdictions.My core competencies include contentious competition litigation, strategic merger control advisory, competition compliance training, and trade remedy investigations and litigation. I have successfully represented and advised leading domestic and international corporations, industry associations, and government agencies on complex and high-stakes matters involving competition law and policy. I have also contributed to the development and advocacy of competition law and economics in India and abroad through publications, seminars, and pro bono initiatives. As a member of the Committee on Digital Competition Law, set up by the Government of India, I am advising the Government on the need for ex-ante competition rules for large technology companies.
