Involved in:- Daily preparation of Inbound and RTV(Return to Vendor) Report- JV entry- Coordinate with CX and Operations team on Inbound and RTV status.- Maintain Compiled File for seniors to FP&A - Prepare Account Statements for Vendors- Prepare Balance Statements - Initiate payments to vendor and JV entry after payment is released.- Communicate with Vendors on account issues.- Member in Internal audit’s team- Consult with CA for year end Book closing- Prepare Purchase, Sales, Purchase Return and Sales Return Book- Reconciliation of Vat filling and as per book- Admin Tasks related to Banking Transactions.
