I am responsible for creating, assisting, and supporting Market Development vision of Mammoet in India. Also collaborate with Global Management Team and Regional Management Structure's to share country specific strategies, resources and ideas to help grow services for Mammoet in India and globally. Supporting in creating focused and concise country specific strategies, and ensure we implement and execute those strategies, to reach our corporate goals. My current role starts from Market Intelligence to order finalization and handing over to Operations team for executions as per written contract and making sure repeat business from the existing and new clients. Also, providing customized engineering solutions as per Petrochemical, offshore wind and nuclear power project requirements. Helping plant owners, PMC's and EPC's in creating a technically sound and commercially viable engineering solutions. Overseeing day to day Commercial and Operations for Mammoet in India and also looking for business opportunities from EPC's based in India but executing global projects in Petrochemical, Power, Infrastructure segments. Mammoet (India) Pvt. Ltd is providing services in following segments;- Refinery & Petrochemical - Heavy Lifting with ring cranes upto 6000Te capacity- Offshore Wind Developments - Nuclear - Customized solutions for large scale nuclear projects
