Drove an extensive user research effort to understand user needs for reading experiences, identified a specific new target user segment – students with learning disabilities - and the solution eventually evolved into the inclusive learning tools for students (a new product area itself). As part of the reading experiences bouquet of offerings, led the product management team to ship PDF reading and editing experiences in Edge.
