Job Profiles :- ● Provide 24x7x365 support to data center monitoring, windows support for Onshore and Offshore clients (3500+ servers).● Administering and managing Windows physical and Virtual servers 2012 R2, 2016 & 2016.● Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a Windows Server environment.● Manage domain controllers, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, AD objects like users, groups, computers OU etc.● Create doamin user and assign permission as per the process.● Independently support BAU tasks until closure and handling escalated incidents until resolution.● Handle technical escalations for McAfee AV issues, ePO compliance, Backup failure, Domain account issues, VM snapshot issues.● Monitor real time server events on the True-sight console and perform troubleshooting to avoid major outages in production.● Analyze vulnerability reports and apply fix/ patches.● Follows Change Management process for BAU activity implementation.● Deploy Security Patches to Enterprise Environment of 4500+ Servers during Prod, Non - Prod and Alternate Patch Cycles.● Excute patch deployments in BMC BladeLogic Automation tool.● Experience in troubleshooting Patching errors,● Performed troubleshooting for system failures and worked to find long-lasting solutions.● Provide quick resolution on client query over call, email and chat.
