Global Customer Solutions Manager
CurrentI work closely with our sales and field team and serve as a trusted advisor to the largest and most complex enterprises in the world and enable their multi-year cloud journey in alignment with their long-term business vision. I’m responsible for driving customers consumption, adoption, and growth from the largest and fast-growing Global System Integrators (GSIs) partner accounts and enterprise industry accounts. I understand customer’s business and strategic goals, translate them into an executable plan, and drive the implementation to success. I focus on scaling customer adoption and consumption AWS services by the means of providing technical advisory, program management, and stakeholder management both internal and external.With a deep understanding of the customer’s business vision, culture and processes, I build partnership with customers and partners and navigate across core internal groups (Sales, Technology Specialists, Product engineering and Support) to accelerate customers’ AI and generative AI adoption and scale value realization.In addition, I also help shape the rapidly growing Customer Solutions Management practice at AWS and foster the ability to define and implement Industry best practices, methodologies, frameworks and tools.
