I have a single threaded ownership of Product Lifecycle of two critical Products of our organization. A Web Application that manages and monitors the life cycle of our IoT products, from onboarding to de-commissioning. Second product is to collect Data generated by the IoT devices and companion Apps to show meaningful insights such as user behavior, battery life and more. I am responsible for the vision, strategy, User Experience (UX), roadmap, and schedule of these products. I lead and mentor a group of BI, Web Developers and Product Managers.Led the program for an IoT Platform that supports multiple consumer IoT Products. This is a complex, cross organization product where I was responsible to ensure that multiple work-stream like Software Engineering, Product/Program Management, UX, Hardware and Firmware engineering, are building features in alignment with my roadmap and are on schedule.Led the program for connected car and Pet Tracker, the First in-house product for T-Mobile where I was leading the Program for the products. These product helps user to understand the telemetry like battery status, recall alerts car/pet’s motion and secure them in a Virtual Boundary.

I managed a 20 people team for a multi-million, multi-year engagement with a leading international marketer and distributor of agricultural products. This is a green field effort, we are building a system to automate & simplify the processes and help our customers to be more efficient and productive. I conduct requirement interview with the sales, technical and other stakeholders and convert these requirements to meaningful stories and building a product backlog. I also work with the technical team to vet the technical design and architecture. My other responsibilities are to build the sprint plan, manage the team schedule, and organize user acceptance testing and run the executive reviews.

I manage a $2 million complex BI project over multiple releases with 20 team members for my client (Microsoft). I am responsible for working with customers to understand their needs & requirement and to convert them to meaningful Technical/Functional specs. I define the product lifecycle and work with the technical team to architect the solution. I also manage the development, test & release cycle to ensure timely delivery.

As Development Lead I led multiple projects from inception to retirement. I designed & developed my projects and led reviews on others before handing them to test. I ran scrum/status/demo meeting to ensure the timely delivery of the projects per the acceptance criteria defined in the user stories/requirements. I managed the Product & Sprint backlog to plan and define the scope for the sprints. I trained the support team & business users, created operational guides and wikis to reduce escalations.

As a senior developer my responsibilities were to gather requirements and work with PMs to understand requirements & schedules, create proof of concept, functional and design specification document, architect/design system, provide user documentation and deliver a high quality product on time.
