I coach and consult Education Entrepreneurs across India, empowering them to design, launch, strengthen, and sustain high-impact contextual Fellowship programs that ensures quality education at scale in under-resourced schools and foster local leadership among youth in the most vulnerable and remotest regions of the country.

Coached, trained and managed Mumbai Fellows towards driving transformational and holistic outcomes with children in under-resourced classrooms, developing their teaching and leadership skills, and preparing them to secure their post-Fellowship career aspirations through data-driven teacher training, facilitating strong team culture, instructional coaching (regular classroom observation, debrief and continuous feedback) and designing and facilitating their leadership experiences.

● Taught 60 VIIIth and IXth graders Maths, Science, and Literacy at a Municipal School in Worli, Mumbai, which accelerated student growth from 11% to 64% in Maths and 1.3 years of increase in their reading levels in literacy.● Devised a Student Leadership Model by mobilizing stakeholders (parents, tuition teachers, and key influentials in the community) and instituted a self-sustainable Community Center to increase students' learning by 3 hours post-school.
