 Working along with the COO on a day to day operations. Updating of daily feeds, AUM reconciliation, commission receivable and payable management, payout processing to business partners. Update senior management with banks' MIS from time to time to improve client experience. Communicated with clients, partner banks to resolve the unidentified funds and given an idea of cloud process to resolve the suspense and third-party transactions permanently. Also given the suggestion of cheque deposit slip only for Angel Broking’s clients and sub-brokers. This will help in the reduction of the General Suspense Account and Third Party Transfer. Understand the customer and business requirements and provide operational support to them. Supervise and guide a team to achieve greater productivity and boost team morale. Processing and initiating the Refunds, if clients require. Help Support and partners team for banking related query. Meeting with banks to discuss the CMS, Non-CMS, UPI, Virtual, and IMPS transactions errors

 Direct reporting to Vice President of all the activities such as overall revenue generated and the number of products sold on a weekly basis in the Bhopal branch. Dealing for HNI and Retail clients in the Equity market, tracked clients' stocks preference, recommended them in the best possible ways to earn a profit, developed a good relationship with clients and business partners. Systemically organized information using Excel to facilitate data analysis and further research like maintained trade files for all the trades that happened during the day and share with the vice president on a weekly basis. Contributed to increasing the revenue earnings by 20% in the Bhopal branch for the period of March to May. Named “Employee of the Month” by recommendation of customers for friendly and helpful services (April).
