Scaled the business from zero to few thousand transactions a month in a hyper competitive environment, with positive unit economics. * As President Ecommerce with Ibibo Web Pvt Ltd (A Naspers Group Company) launched Tradus.in & TradusADS - hyper local classifieds website which later merged into OLX (Naspers bought over majority stake in OLX in 2011).* As Head of Marketing - Futurebazaar.com, I was instrumental in taking the company among the top ecommerce websites in the country. Futurebazaar was nominated as Best Shopping website in 2007.* As part of the core team at Baazee.com, I worked in Category Management and later in Marketing at eBay India (eBay bought over baazee in Jun 2004). I was instrumental in building Categories 'Consumer Electronics & Mobiles' which contributed more than 50% of revenues for the company. As Marketing Manager; I set up ‘Online Affiliate marketing’ program for eBay India Business.
