• KANERAI is a fintech startup focused on data & analytics for securitized products.• Generalist legal role, with exposure to all sorts of corporate, transactional, and litigation issues, and with a significant product, regulatory, and IP transactional and commercial contracting focus.• Full-stack operator, with responsibility for strategy, key partnerships, recruiting, marketing, product lines, vendor management, account management, and special projects, such as building an electronic fixed-income broker-dealer from scratch (IDX Markets).
