Currently pursuing my Masters in Eng. at Dalhousie University. - I am a PMP certified Project controls professional with ten years of experience. .- I love to deep dive into ITB documents to derive project scope and set up the Plant Breakdown/Work breakdown structure and in turn project schedules in various scheduling tools. The aim of delivering the projects with the right quality, within the contractual period and budgeted cost is my driving force and the reason I love this role.- I started my career with Linde Engineering, Part of a German Process & Industrial gas giant, The Linde group. For the 5 years, I worked as an Instrumentation & Control Engineer. This role helped me to understand the technical side of process plants and made me thorough with entire EPC interface process of a project.- The next 5 years, I worked as Project Controller, where in I worked on projects ranging from 10 million USD to 5 billion USD, as an individual lead and as part of a big global team. I have ample experience of the functions of Planning/Scheduling in various planning tools, Cost Control in SAP PS, Documentation, Change management & handling project review meetings with Senior management/Customers.- My leads and Line manager describe me as a professional whom they can always rely on to deliver. Focus, Accountability, Ownership, and spirit of team play are key traits that would describe me as a professional.- In line with "Begin with the end in mind" approach, I always work in the direction of Integrating all aspects to ensure project getting steered in the right direction, meet/beat contractual timelines, budgeted profits and deliver value to internal & external customers.
