Current• Managing the IT Projects & Service Delivery for existing customers.• Working on IRSAA Special Project Ezdihar with Banking Elite Consultants, providing technical consultation & Application assessment for Bank primary IT Infrastructure (Cloud & On-Prem). • Creating project plans as per Scope of Work to deliver with-in-budget on desire outcomes or expectation.• Defining the roles and responsibilities in close collaboration with the customer, including project scope and objectives to ensure a cross-functional understanding amongst project members.• Publishing project outcome with timelines and/or risks to the appropriate management channels if require escalate issues.• Assigning and monitoring the resources to ensure the efficiency, standards and desire deliverables.• Tracking the project, publishing regular status report to involved team members and key stakeholders.• Identifying and mitigating potential risks, if require then escalate the issues.• Managing end to end delivery of the project according to agreed scope, plan, and budget.• Managing vendors, relationship, communication, budget, deadlines as agreed with the customers and stakeholders to ensure the project deliverable as per business expectation along with satisfaction.
