Responsibilities included:• Took a key role during the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic to manage time constraints and high-pressure situations resulting in the timely supply and delivery of urgent medications needed by patients.• Trained and coached team members to be operationally effective with the new Dispensing system resulting in 100% compliance within two months.• Building effective relationships with customers by providing the highest level of professional service that takes account of their needs, values and beliefs.
