-Responsible for technical documentation pertaining to systems operation and User’s training manual and make ensure that integrity of the data available in SAP and Customized system is maintained. Ensure that all requirements and testing are documented to a high standard.-Set up SAP master data transactions to support the functional group and operational activities-Communicate and engage with the users to develop a strong understanding of their reporting, data and other needs.-Produce a Masterdata Standard Request Form as a standard request to use for the users on a daily basis.-Set-up masterdata transactions such as Material Masterdata, Vendor Masterdata, Customer Masterdata, Cost Center masterdata, Internal Order Masterdata, GL Masterdata, Equipment Masterdata, Asset Masterdata, Functional Location Masterdata, MyAgri Masterdata, Work Center Masterdata, BOM and Routing Masterdata and other SAP Masterdata Request. -Ensures that the colleague will be guided properly to have a better and error free masterdata transactions.-Used SAP ERP system to support the need of the customer.-Set up SAP PM master data transactions such as Equipment Masterdata, Functional location, Work Center etc., to process support the needs and concern of the customer.-Communicate and engaging with the customer to develop a strong understanding of their reporting, data gathering and other requirements for PM transactions.-Conduct training to the end-user for the PM.Other Experiences:-also a CCTV Operator who regularly monitored employees, area where they located and checked if they violated based on DPC.- worked at a Cold storage area; to monitor the ongoing and outgoing of Banana products from CS to vessel.
