As a Data Scientist at RSA, I applied my Machine Learning and Data Engineering skills to support the development and deployment of data-driven solutions for process mining and enhancing the claim's journey to improve customer satisfaction scores. I worked with Apache NiFi, Snowflake, AWS, SQL Server, Python, and PowerShell to ingest, transform, and analyze large volumes of data from various sources, and to create and optimize data pipelines and models. I also collaborated with other data scientists, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure the quality, security, and scalability of the data products and services.My passion for data science stems from my academic background and my previous experience as a Data Engineer at Mastercard. I graduated with a Master of Science in Data Science from Lancaster University, where I learned and applied various data science techniques and tools, such as R, TensorFlow, Spark, and Hadoop. I also completed a SnowPro Core Certification, which demonstrates my proficiency in using Snowflake as a cloud data platform. At Mastercard, I was responsible for designing, developing, and testing data solutions for payment processing and analytics, using Qlik Replicate, Fivetran, HVR, and other technologies. I also contributed to the improvement of data quality, performance, and governance standards and policies.
