• Responsible to manage all aspects of design and construction projects from inception to completion with a goal to produce quality improvements to The Hotels Industry portfolio of buildings.
• Effectively builds, maintains and ensures positive working relations, including all correspondence with stakeholders, consultants, hotel management, contractors and asset managers associated with assigned projects.
• Provides formulation of project budgets from minimal information at the feasibility stage, controlling costs through the design stage to maintaining the integrity of the established budget and to ensure that client.
• Review and evaluate project designs and submit professional support.
• Plan and lead meetings with team members involved in design and construction projects.
• Assists with yearly scheduling of property installations and refurbishments.

• Responsible for the delivery of Technical FM consultancy
• Support to all clients as required in the GCC and elsewhere in the Mace Macro International area of operations.
• Key consultancy outputs have been related to meeting the requirements of the clients in relation to FM and asset management and to maintaining positive and profitable client relationships.
• Building and facilities design review, daily FM operations, MEP system and services auditing,
• Support MACRO team in many projects by implementing FM procedures, preparing technical reports and standard,
• Training for new FM coordinators and following work orders and contracted works documents
