Senior Network And System Engineer
Current- Managing Cisco devices (switches, routers). - Managing FortiGate firewalls.- Install current network equipment including routers, switches and firewalls.- Connecting banks with National Switch using MPLS technique, routing, ACLs, and NAT.- IP, Routing protocols, VPN and Firewall knowledge.- Monitor, troubleshot, test, and provide network connectivity statistics and reports.- Ensure network connectivity of all servers, workstations, IP telephony equipment, VPN connectivity and other network appliances.- Assist in network asset management, including network component inventory and related technical specifications information.- Follow up on banks and ISP for connecting Banks with National Switch.- Install and configure Windows Servers and its components.- Create VMs using Oracle VM Manager.- Act as a general LINUX resource (installations, networking, system troubleshooting, etc.).- Maintain equipment and cable infrastructure (CAT- 5/6a, fiber optics) to include installation and labeling.- Installing memories, CPUs, and fans for Servers.- Managing emails (creating, deleting, adding, …etc.).- Systems support for (Red Hat Linux, Ubuntu, Windows10 & 2016, AVAYA Telephony System, NVR Systems for Cameras, Zabbix Monitoring System).- Provide remote and/or on-site support for network services and systems.- Provide IP telephone administration and support.- Managing and Monitoring HPE Synergy servers using Oneview.- Setup regular meetings with both internal and external parties- Maintain VLAN’s, ACL’s on network switches and firewalls.
