Hello! I am a growing IT professional, with a focus on growing an infrastructure and security skillset. I have worked in customer service, managing infrastructure for a startup company, and in a multi-office company with over 500 employees. I strive to learn something new everyday in the field of IT, and I frequently spend time at home practicing my skills with a home lab and through classes. IT is just as much of a hobby as it is an exciting career for me!I love working with others as a team, especially in the field. I have management experience managing a team of 20+ employees, including hiring, personal growth, user training, and more and I strive to keep the workplace as positive as it can be! Working with enthusiastic and fun people not only keeps the environment fun, but it also lets creative solutions flow within the department. I strive to grow as much as I can in the field of IT, as well as helping coworkers grow in their roles by sharing knowledge and being as supportive as possible! I am CompTIA certified with A+, Net+, and Sec+ and I'm driven to learn more and more everyday! I have experience with Enterprise Windows Hybrid environments, MacOS/Jamf Management, Linux machines, Active Directory configuration, WAN/LAN and other networking technologies and protocols, WDS and SCCM Configurations from the ground up, creating testing environments (DNS/DHCP/AD/sandbox VMs), Powershell scripting, End user training, and all manners of technology support and deployments. I am well rehearsed in all manners of data security and destruction. I spent almost 2 years in a technology recycling facility and was in charge of all enterprise data clean-up from companies like Google, Rolls-Royce, and the US Military. I built machines using Linux configurations to utilize a 7 pass wipe, compliant with DoD Standard 5220.22 M (C). I also have experience building out and securing networks, including proper server configuration and access systems, surveillance/alarm systems, NAC, threat reduction, log analysis, data compliance standards and more.
