Presented in daily lab meetings with graduate students to review progress. Laser cut and assembled organ chips in lab with the intent to complete multiple iterations of prototypes to find the optimal design.

As an integral member of the organization I facilitated communication between the conductor and the percussion section of the Wind Ensemble, a primarily middle-school band -- in the process teaching them organizational and technical skills to make playing possible. Often I was presented with a list of desired goals and it was up to me to decide which skills needed to be mastered in order to achieve those outcomes before implementing and achieving them. I worked behind the scenes to compile part assignments to best fit each individual's skills, and compile the needed equipment for transportation and/or rent at different locations.
