My passion for industrial automation started from automotive industry. I gained international experience when working in automotive electronics manufacturing as a mechanical engineer. Me and my team developed automotive control systems and HMI products for truck and bus OEMs like Volvo, Scania, MAN and Daimler. Projects included development of product mechatronics and manufacturing tooling for serial production.After my career as a mechanical engineer, I moved towards new challenges in automotive business side. I lead procurement projects for mechanical components and plastics tooling. Projects included development and purchase of mass-produced plastics and mechanical components from global suppliers.After founding HOOB Factory Automation I can truly engage my work and passion for industrial automation. Due to my practical experience from engineering and business, I can help companies to find suitable automation solutions for their business models.
