I am Raihan Khan, a dedicated Systems Analyst with a strong foundation in Computer Science and Engineering from North South University. My goal is to excel in Project Management and Policy Making, leveraging my skills in system analysis, project coordination, and stakeholder engagement to drive strategic initiatives and enhance organizational performance.Currently, as a Senior System Analyst at Management and Training International Ltd., I lead the "Birer Konthe Birgatha" project. My responsibilities include designing data archiving systems, managing the archiving of interviews with living freedom fighters in Bangladesh, and publishing this content on YouTube. This role enables me to preserve our nation's history and make it accessible to future generations.My career began in 2017 as an Assistant Program Officer at Management and Training International Ltd., where I coordinated international training and consultancy programs. I then advanced to a Programmer role, contributing to projects like the "Online Classroom Management" system and the "Bangladesh-Bharot Digital Service and Employment Training (BDSET) Center Project." These experiences have refined my skills in program management, project planning, and resource utilization.I have further developed my expertise through certifications in Front End Web Development from Udemy and Digital Marketing from Google Digital Garage. My technical skills include programming languages such as C, C++, PHP, JAVA, and Python, as well as tools like Scikit-learn and TensorFlow. I am proficient in database management with MySQL and version control with Git and Bitbucket. I also have strong skills in presentation and documentation tools like Microsoft PowerPoint and Google Slides, and in graphic design and video editing with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Wondershare Filmora, and Adobe Premiere Pro.My research includes studies in facial recognition and handwritten Bangla character recognition, published with esteemed colleagues and mentors. These projects have deepened my understanding of advanced technologies and their applications.Fluent in Bengali and English, I am committed to continuous learning and professional growth. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, reading, fishing, and agriculture.
