-Ensuring factory capacity with confirm and projection orders through SAH analysis-Weekly presenting sales forecast for both Sweater & Denim units to management-Keep track of daily production performance (plan vs actual) and take initiative.-Keep track of daily shipment performance (plan vs actual) and take initiative.-Closely working with Marketing and Supply Chain team for on-time OTT-Involved in ERP installation-LC opening priority list sharing to Commercial dept for both units-Taken initiative to review and improve planning processes, tools, and reporting systems-Taking any additional responsibilities as assigned by senior management, ensuring alignment with the company’s objectives

-Ensuring factory capacity with confirm, projection and forecast orders through M/C Days and SAH analysis.-Closely working with Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain & Operation team.-Production plan through Fast React and execute accordingly.-Weekly presenting sales forecast & capacity vs actual analysis to management-KPI analysis and yearly production budget.-Inventory management activities.-Monthly sales plan for MIS & following up for delivery on time.-Special operation plan for both in house of outside suppliers and follow up.-Involvement in all operational issues & take steps for the solution.-Keep track on daily production performance (plan vs actual) and take initiative.-Working as system champion of ERP software : FAST REACT and WFX
