Manage and reconcile bank accounts and balances on a monthly basis.•Prepare monthly budget projections for all local expenses and send wire requests to the Home Office.•Verify all vendor and subcontractor invoices and ensure that subcontracts are in compliance with USAID regulations and ensure careful management and oversight of subcontracts.•Ensure all supporting documents are received and correct, project inventory is done twice a year to make sure that the value of all items booked in ABACUS under inventory accounts matches with the total value indicated in the inventory report, monitor vendor balances, and issue and send checks signed by the COP to appropriate beneficiaries.•Prepare monthly payroll, ensure distribution, print payroll receipts, prepare and take payments for the tax .•Review travel advances to local staff and track outstanding balances and verify and process expense reports generated by the staff and processed.
