Support to users, basic softwares installation, put some machines on the domain, fix some problems on the endpoints terminal. On this job i started to learn what mean IT. I had to install operational systems, identifier and fix trouble on the defective machines. I could learn a little more what i really wanted to me. It was only a few things that i did.
