As a senior behavior therapist at Autism Resource Centre, I help children with special needs like autism, ADHA, Down syndrome and other developmental delay. I have a bachelor’s degree in applied psychology from Kinnaird College Lahore, and post graduate diploma in clinical psychology from Government College Lahore. I am certified in applied behavior analysis, RBT and IBT.My interest in Psychology was sparked by my previous work as a special educator at the Center for Autism and Related Disorders, where I supported children with ASD, ADHD, and other developmental disabilities. I used evidence-based interventions, such as discrete trial training, verbal behavior, and social skills training, to improve their socialization and behavior. Working with these children taught me the value of empathy, patience, and creativity, and motivated me to pursue my career goals. My aim in life is to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals who depend on others, and to contribute to spread awareness on special needs
