Nor-Maali is licensed to manufacture and market Jotun's Marine and Protective paints in Finland and Baltic Area.

Responsible for global sales and marketing processes in Peikko. Total sales volume 150 M€ and sales units in 33 countries. Peikko doubled sales during 5 years after 2009 financial crises with organic growth.

Responsible to establish and manage product Management organization in Peikko Group. Management team member. Before that in different positions in Peikko (see below). 1993-2010 Managing Director1989-1993 R&D Engineer and R&D Manager

Peikko developed during that time from small size domestic company in Finland which had 48 employees and 5 M€ turnover to a medium size international corporation with more than 900 employees in 25 different countries. Continues annual grofth of the company was betwen 20 -30 % during years 1993 - 2008. Turnover grew to the level 114 M€. I was responsible on the corporate startegy and its implementation in constantly growing and changing business environment. I was closely involved in new start-ups by establishing own Peikko daughter company network all over Europe. In 2010 the owners of the company decided to give top management responsibility to second generation of the owner family. I continued in the service of Peikko in corporation management team.
