Within a team of a relationship-, investment manager and finance specialst, I advised high net worth individuals how to protect and transfer the built up wealth to the next generation.

Advising UHNWI clients and families how to preserve, protect and transfer their wealth to the next generation.Focussing on the field of matrimonial law, civil inheritance implications, gift tax and inheritance tax.Together with the international E&Y network we had a special focus on international families and charities. Due to my knowledge of both the UK and Dutch tax system we advised mobile clients with assets or business links to these countries.

On a local contact I used to work with Andersen Private Client Services in London. During this period I got my UK tax qualification. We advised UHNWI families on international estate planning techniques. My focus within the team was to address potential conflicts between the Anglo Saxon system and the continental (Dutch) system.

My role within the Human Capital team was advising international companies on the wage- and income tax implications of their labour aspects of their international assigned employees. In addition, I advised the international employees about the international inheritance tax implications. This knowledge and skills led to my ambition to work in the Private Client deparment with Andersen in London.
