Being an Assistant Manager in the entertainment industry is exactly what you’d think it’s like.There are tons of problems and challenges you should face everyday as this is the industry of changes and creativity. At the same time, you have to fight with copyright, licensing problems, human resources, finance, external relations, producing…Luckily, I’m obsessed with self-study, staying organized and treating people beyond their expectations. I’m grateful of my job everyday because they makes me stronger day by day.
