As a member of the Management Team, responsible for the day to day operation of Atlantic Shores, a joint venture between Shell New Energies and EDF Renewables, to develop and deliver a portfolio of safe and efficient offshore wind farms off the coast of New Jersey and New York, with a combined capacity of over 5GW – one of the largest offshore wind portfolios in US waters. As Director of the Technical and Delivery department, managing the teams responsible for Design and Engineering, Execution Planning, Technical Site Assessment, Interconnection, Port Development, O&M, and Health and Safety (HSSE) for our portfolio of projects. The Technical and Delivery team interfaces with Development, Commercial, Legal, and Finance to support federal and state permitting, supply chain, and offtake awards, as well as providing resources to the execution teams of individual projects, including the 1500MW Project 1 awarded by the state of New Jersey in 2021.

Technical management of offshore wind projects during design, tendering, manufacturing and construction. Supporting clients with expertise in offshore wind including engineering and project management, project planning, cost and yield forecasting, independent and owner's engineering, technical advisory, due diligence.

Subject Matter Expert (SME) for on- and off-shore wind; project management (PM), technical execution, and technical oversight of renewable energy projects; PM and SME on several offshore wind consulting and verification projects including CVA of the first installed offshore wind farm in the US (Block Island Wind Farm); provided technical consulting services to renewable energy clients for all phases of project life cycle including site assessment, manufacturing and construction, risk management, monitoring and performance evaluation, root cause analysis, compliance, and product improvement.

Leadership of multi-disciplinary, international teams executing on and off shore wind turbine product development from 500kW to 6MW power output; High level strategic planning, turbine configuration and systems integration; project management and delivery; development and delivery of technical documents and presentations; interface with customers and partners on three continents.Wind turbine concept definition; development of innovative and advanced systems to maximize energy capture and optimize lifetime cost; identification of feasible cost effective strategies for assembly, transportation, erection and service; detailed development of power systems and control strategies; supplier identification and qualification; development of test plans for risk mitigation; collaboration with team members including technical specialists, manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics.

General management of profitable retail business with a reputation for honesty, quality, and cost effectiveness; Design, sales, and installation of residential grid-tie and stand-alone solar and wind systems; General Contractor, construction and engineering project manager on all installations; system design and site integration; installation and commissioning of solar, wind, and hybrid systems; system troubleshooting and service throughout Southern California; preparation of quotes, interface with customers; website design and maintenance; marketing material design and authoring of articles; training of two new solar retailers and installers in California to take over demand.

Product manager of two wind turbine types, product upgrades and product development of new mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Fleet manager of 800 wind turbine generators in the US, Germany, and Spain; investigation and analysis of engineering and quality issues; interface with Owners and Operators on all technical issues; analysis of reliability and performance data; identification of serial failures and performance of root cause analysis, development of corrective actions; leading product upgrade projects focusing on improving performance and availability; inspection of operating machines and service documentation in order to assess issues and provide technical support; due diligence on suppliers and repair facilities; coordination of consultants and specialists including controls, structural loads, and stress analysis.
