Product Engineer
CurrentAs a product designer, engaged in development and design of engine FEAD system and tensioner 。Main work contents：1.Check and confirm input information with customer for designing FEAD, provide concept design proposal for both FEAD layout and tensioer.2.Arrange design review meeting with purchase and produce department to evaluate to risk and feasibility of design proposal after proposal was accepted by customer;3.Detail design, review design with components supplier internal produce and process department;4.Provide BOM and necessary other technical information to purchaser to inquiry, and give reference information to sales for quotation to customer;5.Edit DFMEA, DVP, provide detail design proposal to customer to gain project nomination;6.Arrange the fabrication of prototype samples and DV test (internal verification test and vehicle test);7.Provide DVP&R and production drawing to customer to gain customer tooling kick off order;8.Arrange OTS produce and verification test;9.Help process department to edit PFMEA, help QA to edit Control plan, participate in PPAP approval;10.Follow mass production in line and use status in market, find root cause of the failure and improve design.
