* Lead Centre Planning team for the processes of customer order fulfillment, Demand Planning, Inventory Planning, Supply Planning and Master Production Planning * Lead Purchasing team for the processes of purchasing order management, * Internal logistic area

* Work with team member to improve the procedure of LEAN within the whole site and report to Global Operation Direct by PPT* Reduce the cost base on the financial data by the KAIZEN project.* Define the annually KAIZEN project.* Build the KAIZEN team in each department.* Review all the improvement and disadvantage with every relevant department each week.* Sharing the experience with other site(USA, France)

For Direct Materials* Providing material cost analysis to project management team and identify the quotation strategies for final product and further cost reduction opportunities. * Providing strategicly guidelines for purchasing team (including the guildline of purchase price and sourcing for long term part s shipment) For Indirect Materials* Find the new vendor for IDM to get the opportunity for the cost reduction.* Quarterly negotiate with current IDM vendor to review the buying price.* Combine the congener to purchase from same vendor to achieve the cost reduction* When the new project start, support PE to find the appropriate material and design the right way for package with supply and PE.

* Improve the procedure of LEAN within the whole site. * In the material Dept., set up the Water Spider Group. Manage all the raw material as in the supermarket. Reduce Material Supply Chain Cost; * In the production Dept., following with all the requirements of HEIJUNKA , JIDOUKA & TAKT TIME systems, meet the needs of customer by the pull system and use Kan Ban to manage the output , WIP and quality; *Via the introduction of VALUE STREAM MAPPING, find the worthless activities contained in the process and then run KAIZEN system ASAP so as to optimize the whole production process.* In the Customer Supply Chain Management Dept., implement the JIT supply way for the local supply...... * Review all the improvement and disadvantage with every relevant department each week.

* Plan the production and work out the daily material shortage report * Adjust it when material or other area has some problems in order to meet our customers' demand; * 6 - 12 months production capacity plan including strategic outsourcing; * Quarterly cycle count to track the material status including row material, on-line WIP control, FG inventory control; * Support related team members.

* Administer the production plan according to the planning department so as to meet the requirements of clients. Work with Engineer to improve the process for higher quality and lower cost. * Supervise and audit the production process Monitor timely delivery to customers based on RHO set. Support the Production Manager to supervise and promote the environment management task within the responsible area. * Communicate with employees to promote their performance.
