In early part of my careers, I had diverse work experience in different fields including technical troubleshooting of various models of printers' printed circuit boards; account management of corporate accounts for electronic peripherals; and management of training schemes.My past 15 years of experience revolved around developing contexualised solutions which encompassed competencies frameworks, programmes and schemes to help employers (across infocomm, early childhood, financial services, accountancy sectors) strengthen their human capital practices & build their talent pipeline. So...what am i doing now? I continue to strive to be the imperative bridge bringing right people to right jobs to right employers thru evolving ideas & channels, for healthcare, built environment, land transport, security and social services sectors.
